This thesis project explores creating a new social space for an exploited workforce, who are primarily women, by reviving an unwanted urban void in the city of Bangalore.
The project is a socially responsible project that revitalizes an unused space in an industrial area into a community space that experiments with the efficiency of urban agriculture and could also be a prototype for other industrial sites in the city.
